Happy Birthday Samantha Jo

Sept 18th, 1993 my niece Samantha Jo was born. Unfortunately she was born without a brain. She was only with us for 5 days and went to Heaven on Sept 23, 1993. Today would have been your 20th birthday, so I wanted to let you know that we love you and haven't forgotten you. I know that last 20 yrs you have been in your Grandpa's care and you couldn't be in better hands. Happy Birthday Samantha Jo, give Grandpa a hug for me. Love, Aunt Michelle
